George W. Bohlé, Jr., CPA

George is a Certified Public Accountant and Consultant, servicing the business community since 1993. He is a Founding Partner of Blair, Bohlé, & Whitsitt, PLLC and concentrates on strategic business income tax planning, consulting, and compliance for large and medium-size businesses. He is uniquely qualified in preparing large C Corporation consolidated returns and has extensive knowledge of taxation in cases of bankruptcy and turnaround.

George works closely with business clients in a year-round advisory capacity, helping them better understand their financial position, corresponding tax liabilities, and the impact of their decisions on various stakeholders. He and the rest of the Blair, Bohlé & Whitsitt team consistently strive to live up to their mantra: Accountants First, Advisors Foremost.

Originally from Maryland, George received his undergraduate degrees in both accounting and business administration from Towson State. He later completed his Master of Taxation degree at the University of Baltimore and became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 1993. In 1998, George relocated to Charlotte and helped found Blair, Bohlé, & Whitsitt, PLLC in 2000. He is a member of the NC Association of CPAs (NCACPA), the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), and remains an active leader in the community. George serves on multiple internal and external Boards of Directors for business clients and nonprofit organizations and advises local business owners and accounting students.
