Dana Jones is a Tax Manager with Blair, Bohlé & Whitsitt, helping privately held businesses, individuals, and real estate investors understand and execute cost saving tax strategies and financial best practices. Dana has a particular interest in tax planning for business owners of pass-through entities (partnerships and S corporations) related to real estate, construction, and hospitality. She couples her knowledge of taxation with industry experience managing corporate financial records, offering accounting strategies to satisfy compliance and maximize company wealth.
Dana joined the Blair, Bohlé & Whitsitt team in 2008 and received her Certified Public Accounting designation in 2011. She has also worked in private industry as a General Ledger Specialist for a large manufacturer and a Senior Tax Accountant in the commercial real estate sector. She became a member of the Blair, Bohlé & Whitsitt management team in 2015.
Dana received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She holds active memberships in the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the NC Association of CPAs (NCACPA) where she formerly served on the Charlotte chapter’s board.
