Bryant, a Founding Partner with Blair, Bohlé & Whitsitt, PLLC, has gained expertise throughout his career helping closely-held businesses and their owners plan, execute, and sustain long-term success. A licensed CPA since 1996, Bryant serves as tax consultant and business advisor for small and medium-sized businesses, high net-worth individuals, trusts and estates. He works alongside business owners and financial professionals answering questions regarding business formation, entity structuring, financial management best practices. Bryant is especially knowledgeable in taxation issues related to commercial and residential real estate transactions. He also possesses a deep understanding of compliance issues related to tax-exempt organizations such as private foundations and operating nonprofits. Bryant assists both civic and faith-based organizations with government filings and operational strategies to maximize their use of limited resouces.
Bryant has been a licensed CPA in North Carolina since 1996 and maintains active memberships in the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the NC Association of CPAs (NCACPA). He brings a wealth of experience to the firm, including career stops at local and “Big Four” accounting offices in Charlotte. Prior to forming Blair, Bohlé & Whitsitt, Bryant was a Tax Manager at Deloitte & Touche, where he worked closely with partnership and corporate tax clients.
Bryant received his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and moved to Charlotte with his wife Jennifer shortly after. He later received a Masters of Business Administration and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Bryant has participated in numerous nonprofit boards in the Greater Charlotte area, holding positions such as Treasurer and Finance Committee Member. He currently lives in Waxhaw, NC with his wife and two children.
