Blair, Bohlé & Whitsitt, PLLC (“BBW”) was formed in September, 2000 by its three founding members: John D. Blair, Sr., CPA, George W. Bohlé, CPA, MST and Bryant A. Whitsitt, CPA, MBA. In 2007, Steven J. Johnston, CPA joined the Firm as an equity member and in 2010, Sylvia A. Warren, CPA joined the Firm as a Tax Partner. BBW provides professional services including accounting, assurance and attest, tax compliance, planning and business advisory services in the Charlotte market and surrounding areas. Together, Blair, Bohlé, Whitsitt, Johnston and Warren bring over 85 years of public accounting experience with local, regional and “Big Four” accounting firms and financial entities.
